Carrots are a good source of vitamins, minerals, and fiber. They can help keep your eyes healthy, and improve your immune system. Most people consume added carrots in the form of carrot juice.

And although Carrot juice is sweet, when juiced, it can taste rather earthy. Not sure that’s the first experience you want to give your taste buds in the morning. Instead adding carrots to a smoothie is a genius way of tricking yourself into consuming more carrots.
