Meals – January 26

Here are my meals for January 26, 2012:

  • Breakfast – banana
  • Lunch – 3oz or so – small bit of a smoothie (strawberry, banana, apple juice)
  • Snack – popcorn, picked up a really cool microwave popper today, will make a separate post about it
  • Dinner – grilled chicken breast, half a tomato, corn, rice
