Meals – January 24

Today’s Meals:

  • Breakfast – 2 scrambled eggs, 2 pieces toast, small OJ
  • Lunch – 2 slices cheese pizza – patted, from Whole Foods pizzeria
  • Dinner – the salad (pictured here), spaghetti, small piece of a baguette from Whole Foods and 6 baked chicken nuggets from Applegate Farms
  • Snack – a double whopper – a banana and an apple
