Here are my meals for April 23:

  • Breakfast – smoothie (peaches, spinach, banana, oj)
  • Snack – one juiced orange
  • Lunch – 1/2 cucumber, roast chicken breast
  • Dinner – grilled chicken breast, rice, a ton of peas and carrots
  • Snack – fuji apple

  • Lunch – 3 scrambled eggs, half a bagel, oj
  • Snack – bowl of spring mix salad greens
  • Dinner – baked chicken breast, spaghetti, peas, carrots
  • Snack – fuji apple

  • Lunch – spring mix salad/spinach
  • Dinner – grilled chicken, rice, hot house tomato, 1/3 cucumber
  • Snack – super large organic apple
